2001 jeep cherokee stals.

Asked by Jpcobb Oct 17, 2016 at 12:27 PM about the 2001 Jeep Cherokee Classic 4-Door RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 jeep cherokee 4.0 straight 6,
that stalls while driving. It just shuts off. I
have changed the crank position sensor, fuel
pump, starter, the ECU, spark plugs, and the
coil pack. Everytime i do something to it it
starts right up. Everytime i think ive fixed the
problem then it stalls again once i drive it a
while. What should i do?

YOU NEED TO CHECK AND SEE WHAT THE FUEL PRESSURE IS, CHECK IT WHAN ITS COLD AS WELL WHEN THE CAR IS UP TO TEMPERATURE.
