You may have a seized up caliper or collapsed brake hose or maybe a seized up hub or wheel bearing.

Same problem but now check engine light is on and backfiring. Anything??? Ughhhh

You can get the code or codes the the check light is displaying most parts stores will tell you what the codes are for no charge. That would definitely help diagnose the problem instead of guessing.

Still think one of the calipers is seized up or brake hoses is collapsed because engine will back fire if you are trying to force the vehicle to go and it's not going.
