Which wire do i snip to get rid of the abs breaks beep?

Just fix the ABS. Your safety is compromised when the ABS is not working. If you can get the ABS codes read you will know what is wrong and you can probably fix it yourself. There are sensors on each wheel and probably one or more are bad but replacement is fairly straight forward.

Check each sensor on each wheel. I seen individuals have a problem after plodding their way through mud which gets caked all over it. Also, check the net for checking procedure. As "full" indicated, you may be able to fix it yourself.
