Driverside window down and can't get to rivits

Have a 99 ford exploer and window stuck down
and need to replace the moter How do I get to the
rivits

You should be able to drill out the rivets from the outside with door panel off. Drill out the center of the rivet. You will have to replace the rivets with a 1/2 inch long machine screw reinserted into the hold with the screw head to the inside, Afix with a lock washer and nut.
