Jeep will not start !

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2001 Jeep  wrangler will not start
.when I turn the key on I have power
to dash lights headlights ,turn the key
to start makes one click all power
goes out.   Stays dead for a half hour
then lights will come on same
procedure.

I had battery tested they said battery was good. Also tried starting with battery charger connected battery was at 100% still same problem.
