It is a V6. Does it matter that the top is white? You just don't see these very often
All 1999 Mustangs had 35th anniversary badging. The true 35th anniversary was a trim package available only on the GT models. It was a trim package with a special spoiler, wheels, etc. I think they only made about 4900 that year. Do a Google search for more specifics.
