Why does my mustang shut off after 15 min?

1999 mustang with a v-6 shuts off after 15 min then you need to wait 10 min before it will start any ideas ?

hook up a fuel pressure guage. let it run and when it quits see if its fuel pressure that you are loosing. if not then you must be losing spark.
