I have no power inside the vehicle, but do have it under the hood.

My daughter drove my "99 XJ to work, then back home. She parked in the driveway and shut it off. A half hour later it wouldn't start. The battery checked good, but no dash lights or interior light. No power at the fusebox on the right kick panel. There is, however, power to all the fuses under the hood. Any thoughts would be helpful.
