why won't my listing show up when I do a search for it?

I listed my vehicle with photos. It shows up in my garage but not when i do a search for it.

mine has been listed in garage for sale for 2 months now, but still doesn't appear in search

I think this website is just collecting our data and only showing dealership cars who pay for them to be listed. They turn around and sell the data to dealerships and third party vendors for $. If its free then more than likely their is a catch.
