99 Ford Mustang Igniton Lock Cylinder/ Pat's issue

Asked by Wxlfgang94 May 17, 2019 at 01:25 AM about the 1999 Ford Mustang Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 99 Ford Mustang. Manual Transmission.
My Ignition lock cylinder locked up on me so I
decided to replace it. When I did, the aftermarket
one without a transponder didn't work. I cleaned
the old ignition lock cylinder. It doesnt get stuck
anymore and now the car won't start with the old
ignition cylinder and old key. Can someone please
help??
