Anyone have any ideas on what it is

Wrong plugs, wrong gap or you made some sort of mistake installing the plugs. Double check your work.
I didn’t change the wires would that have sum to do with it I baught it from someone who didn’t take car of it one spark plug was rusted and had oil on it
In addition to what FOR has to say, before I even opened the window I was thinking gap myself. I have been told before that plugs are shipped gapped and you don't need to gap it I find this VERY hard to believe and always check the gap. Next issue, I would definitely look into a troubled ignition coil. It it doesn't produce the proper electron anymore, how is suppose to carry through the wire and get to the plug for proper compression/ spark?? best wishes
The correct plugs should be gapped correctly and they usually are HOWEVER some plugs specifically say NOT to regap them.
