white smoke

Hi I just got this Jeep a little over a month ago and it has been giving me
issue since day one. So i had a an issue with the raditor where i put in stop
leak and anti freeze in it. The next day i now have a large amount out white
smoke and what looks like water coming out of the tailpipe. I know a bit
about cars and know this could be an indication of a blown head gasket. I need
some clarification please.
