1990 Honda accord 2.2 wont start. Took distributor cap off and the rotor bug is not turning.

Started the Honda accord with a 2.2 motor yesterday morning. Drove it about
5 miles motor dies. Towed it home tried starting it and the motor cranks over
but wont start. Pulled distributor cap and cranked the engine. Rotor bug is not
turning while engine turns over. Any advice what might be going on with this
car?

The pin on the bottom of the distributor gear has sheared off. Need to remove the distributor and replace the pin threw the gear. Then when installing it back into the engine, timing needs to be all aligned for proper firing order for it to run.
