Overheating light on but not getting hot

97 Jeep Cherokee 4.0. When driving with AC on
light comes on but not getting hot. If I turn AC off
light goes off. Hoses radiator were changed a year
ago. Thermostat and cap changed within past 2
months and radiator motor assembly is 3 weeks
old being installed.

Not getting enough air flow across the radiator and A.C condenser coil clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across coils clean with a garden hose and nozzle to get good air back across coils.
