Timing belt jumped time? If so you probably have some bent valves. That engine is an interference engine. To check do a compression check on all cylinders. Any showing 0 psi have bent valves.
dandyoun, did you understand this or are you just taking a guess at what they are saying ?
...okay "ran out of time" ...what did not put it together correctly...or ignition timing? out of time meaning not enough time to put the ignition wires on...You know any shop will have to stand behind their work...if they screwed it up...count on two weeks for them to pull the head off, machine and fit with new valves...probably the belt is still okay tho~...let's keep our fingers crossed for a simple solution...inspect so it's obvious what they left off..."out of time"...mmmph~
They stated " timing belt ran out of time" guessed that they meant it had possibly jumped time or was installed out of time. Lucky guess I guess. Lol
