Power steering fluid leaks

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought my 01 accord coupe v6 brand new in 2000. In sept 2013 (13 yrs later,
ok understandable due to wear and tear), I was advised that my power
steering pump and rack leaks and need to be resealed/replaced. As such, I
went ahead with the dealer's recommend which cost me $1347.64. It's has
been only 3 yrs and now my fluid is slowly leaking from somewhere. What
can/should I do?

Thank you for ur input. I'm under the impression that I wouldn't/shouldn't have this problem so soon cuz it's been only 3 yrs since the repair.
