Legally- as many people as you have seat belts for.

yes legally 1 for every seatbelts but u can fit at least 2 adults and 2 childeren in as wrangler/CJ

ive fit 5 into my 2 door yj its not very comfortable but it works also i have a 4.5 suspension lift on mine with 33's and every time i hit a bump you could feel the tires rubbing
