Cut power wire to an interior light. Caused a Short. Checked all fuses. None bad. Got no radio, no interior light, no guages except speed & rpm. Clueless as to my neI'm sure there's but I just don't

here is a diag. It looks like the #17 fuse under the hood is blown. 10 amp
