1995 jeep cherokee sport 6 4.0 turn over no spark died wile drive wont start turn key on blow 30 amp fuse under hood

at one time last year it shut down replaced all kinds of things like every one has
but it keeps plowing the fuse wen key is turned on . pulled plug on back side of
coil , plug it back in ran fine for about 1 yr. now its happening again plug out  
and back in did not work

not blowing fuse now cleaned grounds still no spark no fuel pressure changed coil,cap,rotor wires,cps censer ,fuel relay ect.
