What adapter kit allows one to install 17 inch rims from a newer (~ 2012 - 15) Wrangler onto a 1995 Wrangler S that currently has 15 inch rims?

If you stick to wheels from a 2006 or lower year they will bolt on.

Thanks a bunch for the prompt answers ... much appreciated. There are tons of adapter choices offered at quadratec, and I hope to chose the best quality for the best price. Also I'm specifically considering this purchase: https://gainesville.craigslist.org/wto/6047524594.html I'm open to any/all suggestions and advice. Thanks again. Cheers, --david
I would go with an adapter with the minimum offset to save wheel bearings.
Thanks again ... just a bit more due diligence ... Am I on the right tack with these (5 on 4.5"): https://www.quadratec.com/products/92807_300X_PG.htm Seem to be the lowest price, and 1.25 is preferred over 1.5"? Again, the thanks for the feedback. Cheers, --david
Keep the offset to the absolute minimum. Big offsets look bad and add stress to the wheel bearings.
Makes sense, but is there anything smaller than 1.25" you can recommend? If not, is this Synergy choice Ok? Thanks! Cheers, --david
But ... to fit 17" rims from a newer Wrangler on my older (1995) Wrangler, to replace its original 15" rims: what's the difference (beside thickness) between a "spacer" and an "adapter"? For example: https://www.quadratec.com/products/92807_301X_A_PG.htm Thanks again for any feedback. Cheers, -david
