I'm looking to buy a 1995 Jeep Wrangler
4.0 Sahara edition. The guys is asking
6000 bucks for it but it has a salvage title
for it. I was told that the Window frame is
bent and that the axel was broken and
rebuilt at one point. I test drove it and it
runs like a charm. Just wondering if 6k is a
fair price for a 95 beat up jeep with a
salvage title. Thanks!

Thanks a lot! The before and after repairs were verified correctly by a professional. He said the only reason it has a salvage title is because it has a bent window frame. Not sure if that's a problem or not? I appriciate your response! Do you still think it's a bad idea after what I just told you?

I'd buy it, but the price is too high. As long as the damage was repaired properly and verified by a qualified body shop I would consider it. I would have someone take a real close look at the axle that was repaired to see if that was done properly. Pretty sure you are not buying it for an everyday transportation vehicle, but something to have some fun in.
