Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I found a 5spd Jeep Cherokee 2dr for 1900$. The pass side rocker panel is REALLy rusted through, and primer shows on most of the panels. Mechanically it is pretty clean, with many things done to the suspension etc. Most of it was regular Maitenence. So, with that in mind, how much should I pay for it?

Overpriced for a rusted 2dr. You cannot determine the value without knowing mileage, options, etc, but based on what you are saying I wouldn't pay over $1100 for something like that. You should be able to get a decent 4dr 4wd from that year for around $2000, so I would pass it up.

Hmm. Well a pic would help but, I'll say 1850,1900 dollars. you can just get the rocker panel fixed and probably pay jus over that for the fix.

Thats a $1000 Jeep, rusty and 2wd, thats not worth much. For $2-2500 you can get a decent 4x4.
