I have a Ford Ranger. The instrument panel lights and headlights are blinking. Dash lights blink if the headlights are on or off. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

If the blinking pattern is consistant I would check out the charging system, most particularly the voltage regulator. If the pattern is random, then you may possibly have a bad ground.
