My dashboard switches off while car is driving

Hi, I am driving a 2005 Corsa Elegance 1.6 it
recently started switching the dashboard off
for a few metres then kick in again, today I
drove about 15 kilometres with it off and I
couldn't indicate nor switch on the lights but
the engine was running normal. What could
be wrong? Thank you

not sure what you mean by "switching the dashboard off", but I would research where the electrical connection is on your car for whatever is not working. check the connection to make sure it is clean and tight.
Have a look at your light switch/dimmer. Could be loose wiring or faulty dimmer issue. Good Luck!

Hi, its a common problem on corsas, there is a black wire at the back of your obd plug, you will see as soon as it kicks off, and you touch the wire, wigling it it will come back on, easiest way to solve is to add a earth to the cluster.
