2005 Opel Corsa 1.4 timing

My car was all fine. Then day before yesterday my
car lost power while I was driving then stuck. I took
it to mechanic he found that the cam shaft was
broken he fixed it but now is loses timing changes
fan sounds and the engine it now regularly comes
on.

Sounds like a timing issue see to get timing reset again also check crank pulley keyway
