You probably did not save 8K when you start having issues with your Hyundai. Honda any day over a Hyundai. Just buy an aftermarket radio and spend $300
You're not alone kalolina! Honda won't even offer an option to buy a cd radio at extra cost. AND, they took away the aux input, as well! They obviously don't care about their customer base!

We leased a 2017 Honda CR-V. Never thought to ask about a CD player during the sales process. When we got it home, we looked for a CD slot and couldn't find one. Called our salesman at the dealership and he informed us that the CD player had been eliminated from the CR-V starting in 2017. We later asked the service manager at the dealership if he knew of any aftermarket CD players. He said he did not and that his wife listens to audio books and recently purchased a different brand of new car after considering the CR- V so she would have a CD player. At least Honda could have left an AUX jack so folks like us could plug in a portable CD player.
There is an aftermarket CD player available for AIS. It plugs into the USB port in the center counsel and works great. According to the seller: 2018 CRV (w/LCD screen & dual USB) It must have the screen and dual USB for our CD player to work in your vehicle, This unit also works on other vehicles but you need to check the list of cars that are supported. I found the same unit on Amazon but it cost a lot more. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CV2359M?pf_rd_p=c2945051-950f-485c-b4df-15aac5223b10&pf_rd_r=1JK04171GGTYB91VFM07 It is not an inexpensive solution since the unit cost me a little under $300. My dealer contact was Kelly Vickers (770-980-1405) or kelley@aisinterface.com.
