Hi- When I am driving in the city below 35 mph, my doors are continually
locking. Sometimes ever 2-3 minutes. How can I get that to stop? or is that
an electrical problem?

Well in a family member's Honda Civic that I have been in, the doors always will lock when getting above around 10 MPH. Must be a standard Honda feature. I'm pretty sure it can be disabled. Check your owners manual.
Kyle you’re an idiot that is absolutely not what he saying I just experienced the same problem and I to thousand 17 CRV where the doors attempt to lock every 15 or so seconds while driving on the highway it just started doing this today at a little over 20,000 miles I have an appointment with Honda tomorrow for them to check it out
I heard it can be from worn out exposed grounding wires
