Title on car purchased

Asked by Bc402 Feb 21, 2019 at 05:25 PM about the 2017 Tesla Model S 75 RWD

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I agreed to purchase a car from private party Jan 22.  I wired over $60k to your
third party Auto Pay.  I still don't have the title.  The bank says they sent the title
2/14. Auto Pay says they won't even look for it until March 14!  I have a $62000
car that I can't drive because I can't register it or get a temp permit without the
Title.  I would have purchased a different car if I knew it would take this long!

Has this been resolved? I'm curious to know how this process works and from the sounds of your transaction, doesn't sound very smooth. Sorry to hear this.

You can check the issuance on it through the history report and let me know what you see. What did Autopay say in March?
