basic value for private sale

Very good body condition, obvious paint wear but looks good for the year, good interior, OVER 200,000 miles on same engine, runs well but not a long distance car because of age and mileage. I have serious fear of break down due to age and mileage or just worn out and break down in the middle of nowhere (I am use to driving long distances, long stretches of no service for hundreds of miles, and over 12,000 ft and higher mountain road passes for fun and commuting) Been in the family since bought brand new. I am interested in buying this Jeep from family member and need a round price figure to be aware of PLEASE.

See other post, these vehicles are good for well over 200k miles on original engine and transmission. If kept in good mechanical shape (tune-ups, oil changes, etc.) I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere.
