I have a 2005 kia sedona when sitting at a light it seems like is has a slight shake to it and its building up then after deiving for a while it chugs and looses all power and wont accelerate and acts

Is your CEL.. Check Engine Light - lit up on the instrument cluster? Also are you driving very low on gas?

The Check engine light has been on ever since I got the van.. No I don't drive it very low on gas.
