Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I did a tune up on my 2005 Kia Sedona. it was running rough so I replaced
the TPS also. when I replaced it, I set the base idle too low. I tried to adjust
and stripped the screws. car ran after warming up with monitoring so it
wouldn't stall. well, finally was able to put in new screws (PLEASE PLEASE
PLEASE - do yourself a favor and switch to ALLEN SCREWS). took top of
engine off and replaced TPS... now car runs at perfect idle, but there is no
acceleration. gas pedal goes all the way to floor with nothing, just high
RPM's. what did I screw up or forget?

well, after so many days with no response... I had the P.O.S. towed to the shop. the accelerator cable "fell off" underneath the vehicle. KIA = P.O.S.
