i have a vibration under load or when braking, i have taken it in to two garages one had no idea and the other thinks it could be the tyre depths, has anyone ever experienced this before,

Your brake rotors need a bit of machining....and you might check the wheel bearings for looseness as that amount of vibration tends to loosen things-
If you're pumping up tires, don't exceed the max pressure rating of the tire. You could try rotating the tires. If it still vibrates, it's not the tires. -- I don't see how tread depths would cause a vibration. All tires start out with full treads and wear down to the bars without throwing out vibrations.

how'd you like that guy?...guess his solution is inexpensive but could burst and cause injury in inexperienced hands---
