Got clock back. Start car, take out
sd card. Shut car off wait a min.
Turn car back on. Insert sd card.
Put car in drive and moved it a
few feet and it came back on. Will

Where is the sad card located?
On my Kia Niro, there's a stylized SD icon just below the triangular icon for the flasher lights. Thanks to all for troubleshooting this problem! Removing the SD card worked for me.
2017 Kia Niro Touring here. This is what I received from Kia Dealership, and it worked. I had to drive the car up the street to get a stronger signal. My SD card is just above the red triangle emergency signal. You have to push the panel to open. 1. Vehicle must be outside and receiving a good GPS signal. 2. With vehicle running and unit fully booted remove the SD card 3. Allow the error message SD Card Removed "Or Like Message" to appear 4. Press the Soft reset button located on the outside of the unit (may be hidden inside the SD card slot area) 5. Allow unit to fully reboot 6. Reinstall the SD card and allow system to restart. 7. Once restarted and GPS location acquisition has been achieved the date and time should display.

mine did the very same thing, I will give this a try!
I had a tough time finding the reset button on my KIA Niro Touring. Once I found it, the trick with the SD card worked! My reset button was near the volume tuning knob for the radio.
I found the reset button but there isn’t an SD card to take out. How can I fix the clock without ejecting a SD card? There has Never been one.
