I have a Kia Rio 2004. I had to change the alt about a year ago and since then I had to replace about 5 alt belts. I have also replaced the alt, water pump and timing belt and it still squeals

Like tennisshoes says, it is a miss alignment of the serpentine belt and the most common causes are the belt tensioner, and or idler pulleys, or both.
