Do dealers have to honor the car gurus price?

I found a Nissan Rogue Sport on CarGurus site.  When I contacted the dealer,
they show the price much higher.  I can't get a straight answer as to the
bottom line price.  They talk about incentives and how everyone may not
qualify.  Do they have to honor the car gurus listed price?

You can try but it is not worth the effort and you have to wade through all the fine print.
