If you trade it in you will probably lose a lot of money and they will probably give you less than you owe. Check out your loan balance and the trade in value before making any decisions.
If there is a CarMax in your area take it there and they will give you a bid for what they would pay for it. The bid will be free with no obligation on your part. You probably won't like the price though.
