1999 won't start in cold weather

Last year about the same time my wife's car wouldn't start in colder weather.  I can hear the pump working, but the car will not start.  After waiting 10-20 minutes the car will turn over and run fine the rest of the day.  Yesterday I attempted to start it..wated the 20 minutes and still nothing..I then turned the key on and off several times and heard a louder noise from the rear of the car and it started....Any ideas?

I would change the fuel filter,crank sencor and run a can of fuel injector cleaner in a tank of gas,sea fome is the best,you may also want to remove the throttle body cover,get a can of carb cleaner and spray the heck out of the TB do this while running throttleing it,dont let it idle,it will die out on you.

The Problem is the ignition coil. Get new ignition coil and your Cold start problems are solved, thank my mechanic later!
