Headlights not working

My Kia optima se v6 2003 it got sideswiped by a
other car  where it got hit is at the headlights now I
have no  low or  high  beams  I checked the fuses   
relay everything  and I still don't have no lights but I
do have is the  fog lights could you help out thanks

Note the diagram for headlamps, w/o auto lamps. Are the bulbs ok? Check voltage an ground circuits for headlamps. At the headlamps, top wire is voltage bottom wire is ground. Use a test light to check. The diagram also shows several fuses, check them all. Not only check fuses, check voltage at fuses, use a test light. Several appear to be hot all the time, the one in the diagram under ignition switch may go hot with the key on. You can see the relays.

On a 2011 Kia Optima LX my passenger low beam light won't turn on its a new light where are the fuses to check them to see if they're not burnt out couldn't find them
