Ford employees can get "D-plan" on most new vehicles at Ford dealerships. The amount of discount varies with the vehicle model and options. If you are not an employee or close relative the discount is NOT available to you. As an example I am currently buying a 2018 F-150, since I am employed by a Ford dealership(parts department) I can buy this particular vehicle at about $2,200 below invoice and I also qualify for all the current publicly offered rebates. A $51,000 F-150 will end up costing me around $39,500 + or - a few bucks less my trade.

Some businesses also participate in the D plan. I bought both my Fords that way.
