Yes it is............................................... The PI version starts life as a standard Explorer-same body panels, same frame/unibody.......................You will need to lift the carpet or matting and possibly have to peel off sound deadener in order to see the surface of the metal floor. UNUSED, threaded bolt holes are what you should be looking for. ..................................SOMETIMES the holes are filled with actual bolts, BUT more often a tar-like compound, rubber plugs will fill the threaded holes, and they may be beneath the floor level in recesses covered with push-in flat-type round or oval plugs...................Seat mountings and seat BELT mounting points are typically reinforced with welded plates UNDER the floor, so if there is glued down or stuck down sound deadener, look from under the vehicle and use something like an ice pick or small screwdriver to push up through it Instead of removing it from places where it doesn't have to be removed. When you get the rear seats, you can cut away more of the deadener for the feet of the brackets If you want to. .......Seat belts attachment shoulder bolts should have an unobstructed surface below them and use high strength threadlocker to ensure the bolts can't loosen, even if you don't use it on the seat bolts.
