Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My grandson bought this car which gave us a speed sensor code. We
replaced it,but it did the same thing no speedometer and shifting problems.
The Haynes Manual said the two wire sensor one should have1.5 volts with the
ignition key on,but we only get .65 volts. Is this are problem.

You need the 1.65 volts for the sensor to respond correctly. It seems that you may a bare wire. Follow the wiring back and check for any cracks or rubbing in the wires.
