Sorry, but we'll need more information than this to even attempt to help you. Where is the noise coming from, what does it sound like, when does it occur? etc etc....

and at least check the oil level in the engine, and the transmission while the vehicle is on a level surface, if looks fine, listen with the windows down to at least hear what corner it might be coming from...

and look underneath at the exhaust for holes while running. look for exhaust coming out where its not supposed to

screaching noise? check the belt. chugging motor noise - oil level.
