Hey people, Looking at buying a 2018 Dodge 2500 - I haul a dually trailer all
the time with it. - weighing about 6000-9000 usually...... Which way should i go?
Gas or Diesel? The diesel is $9000 more - $100/ month lease/payment - is it
worth it? Thanks for your help!!

I would go with a gas engine but check the tow ratings and make sure you are well within the maximum weight. Since you tow all the time I would beef up the transmission cooling with a big aftermarket fan assisted cooler, a deep oil pan and a rear axle deep diff cover. I would also install temperature gauges for the transmission and rear axle.
You think all that is necessary just to tow 6-9K? It is rated at 17K
If you tow all the time it will pay to go overboard on the towing capacity. Maxing out a 1/2 ton would probably lead to a lot of repairs.
