Why is my VIN # being used by someone else?

Asked by Robert Jul 10, 2021 at 09:09 PM about the 2018 Cadillac XT5 Luxury AWD

Question type: General

I am trying to list my vehicle and when
entering my VIN # the website says that there
is a car already listed with that number.  That
simply is not correct as I am the original and
only owner of the vehicle and have never listed
it for sale at any time or anywhere.  Can
someone contact me regarding how to rectify
this?
Thx a bunch!

Contact CG's. Maybe someone is trying a scam or it is an old ad from when it was sold new.
