How do I input different AM and FM radio stations for a 2018 Avalon?

How do I program a 2018 Avalon radio, to input different am or fm radio
stations? Help. Thank you, Victor

On our Toyota you scrolled to the station you wanted and then do a push and hold on the button you wanted for that station until the sound came back on. Then that button was set for that station. Worked for both FM and AM that way.
