I doubt it. CD's are old technology but there are work arounds. You can upload CD's to your smart phone or onto a memory stick.

I have a nice 2014 Camry V6 XLE with a cd player. When it comes time to get a new car I will eliminate any models without cd players! Boycott the 2018 Camry and any other cars that neglect to offer cd players!

I agree. I have a 2018 Camry and hate that I cannot play CDs. No one wants to upload CDs to a memory stick. Sad that auto industry only thinks Millenials buy cars. CDs are forever music.

I agree. I almost bought a Camry Hybrid. Check and it had nearly all the features I wanted. I assume it had a CD player. OOPS! I have 6 CDs installed in my Camry XLE. Seems dumb to have to upload music so you can download it to your car. Wonder if Honda or Subaru have CD player.

I wish I had searched and followed reviews on 2018 Camry. Because I was unaware that it don’t have A C. D. Player. What a bummer.

But you can just use Bluetooth and play music from your phone so isn't having a CD somewhat redundant these days?

No. To get music in your phone you have to purchase it from ITunes. Why pay twice for something you already have? CD's are not ancient for Gods sake.

I bought a 2018 Camry LE in March 2021...like new nice car, well made - but they are going backwards in some areas. I think a CD player was the best thing since sliced bread along with email. I don't want to spend a minute to load any of my 350 CDs - and Sirius Satelllite would never play the degree of obscure R&B not always played originally on radio. I don't want to use my phone to add Sirius Satellite anyway - if I get Sirius...I only get occasionally, and I want directly in the car. Also, I don't want to use GPS on my phone programmed into the Camry. If I have on my phone, why program into the car? GPS is so cheap - why go backwards...just install directly in the Camry. The Camry is much better quality car than my 2011 Chevy HHR...but with the Chevy, I had Sirius when I wanted...I had a neat CD player - I like to look at the booklet and I could see the title and artists on the screen. And I had a Garmin to plug into the HHR

I think saying CDs are old technology is dumb - CDs are so advanced - no surface noise, jewel box with booklet and also back CD Cover Page so you can peruse songs - going on a trip - grab a batch of the ones you want. No clouds to disappear - yes, can find free Youtube Music but stupid to spend time to load then play on Bluetooth - and if no apple phone - if a great phone with just paying $10 or so to tracfone is ok on Bluetooth but pay more for data with is stupid. Sometimes technology may be later but that does not mean it is not practical. Heck, emails I think are great - a record, document - can unsend, but people seem to think the clouds are great, and twitter limited. I'm thinking if it ain't broke then don't fix it. CDs better than vinyl although vinyl a nice hobby for nostalgia, art, and contentment - and framing art. Millennials think that just because a technology was just invented - that this is better technology? They will be lost in the clouds
