2018 Ford Escape Titanium Tail Light issue

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My tail lights randomly stop working in my 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I've taken the vehicle in twice now. The first time they said it was some kind of 'loose ground' and repaired it. A few weeks later, the right light was out. I had a friend record a video of me driving just to show the repair shop, because of course, the light was working when I brought it in, and they haven't been able to duplicate the issue. Any advice out there on what could be causing the problem?

If the vehicle is still under warranty, I wouldn't touch it, let the dealership work on it. Note the diagram, the top wire is voltage and bottom wire is ground. You could use a test light to check voltage and ground. Don't tell the dealership you did testing, they may try to blame you? If the dealership can't fix it, I'm not sure what I can do ,except, to tell you to check voltage and ground, yourself.
You have to test when problem is ongoing, wiggle the connector see if it makes any difference? Press down on bulb, if possible, see if it lights up?
I haven't touched the car myself. I am very much NOT a mechanically inclined person. I've been dealing with the service area at the dealership where I bought my car. They said that they contacted the Ford Hotline and were given some suggestions to test things, but because the lights are working now (for who knows how long?) they can't do anything. Just wait for the lights to crap out again. Such a frustrating situation!
I understand, have to test when problem is ongoing. It's a pain, I know.
