Mileage Discrepancy

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible from Lupient Buick GMC on June 7, 2019.  The dealership stated the vehicle had 8460 miles on the car yet today when I brought the car in for some cosmetic repairs I discovered when I asked for the vehicles CARFAX, the report indicated that the cars last reported odometer reading was 41,556.  Can I return the car claiming that the odometer was turned back?

OH GOD YOU SURE CAN AND I WOULD REPORT THEM TO THE DMV AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE AD THAT YOU FIRST SAW THE CAR IN IF YOU CAN GET IT....
