Love my 2018 Q7 Prestige model but REALLY don’t like the grey oak wood
trim. Can I order replacement wood trim and, if so, how expensive is it and
can the dealer install it?
The answers to your questions are all Yes. Check with your dealer service department to order the Trim you seek, and you can also set up an appointment to have it installed. How many pieces? I know they are quite expensive for what they are. The Q3 has one piece of wood above the glove box and that is $350 to give you an idea.
