2018 Audi A6 Problem

I’ve had my audi for almost 2 years now. Never given
me any issues until recently. This has only happened
3 times but today was the worst. When I go to make
a right turn it suddenly slows down even with my foot
on the gas (just doesn’t give it gas) and slows so
much it’s nearly stopped completely. I have to take
my foot off the gas completely, give it a second and
then I can give it gas and move again. It’s only
happened 3 times but now it seems like a big issue if
I turn onto busy traffic and suddenly can’t move.
Anyone know what the issue may be?

Oh also, the dash has been saying “inspection
required” for a little while now which i’ve ignored but
could that be a reason behind it?
